The first one is “Item Swirly Glasses”. This item can be found in The Cove where the game Catchin Waves can be played.
The second one is the Card Box Shoes. The item can be found in The Dock where the game Hydro Hopper can be played.
The third one is the Red Propeller Caps. The item can be found near the Ski Hill, The Ski Lodge, and The Everyday Phoning Facility, where you can access The EPF, and The PSA Headquarters.
